I finished my Master's before the MS really kicked in. But I did change course. Was pursing a pedagogy/literature degree in vocal music. Wanted to be a college voice teacher. I didn't know at the time why I didn't have the stamina. I changed due to that fact. Don't regret getting one in Early Childh...

I have a friend with the Marburg variant form of MS. He is very bad off and being taken care of by his family. He was diagnosed when I was in 2001 and 41 like me. His neuro (head of the Neuro Science institute has pretty much given up on him.) He does no treatments other than glyconutrients that his...

Thank you so much for this thread. Following it with great interest. I have many friends who have had amazing results, seen nothing to the contrary. I live with a lot of pain, periodic twitching, burning, fatigue and sleeplessness. Other than that no real problems. CCSVI excites and scares me all at...

I am off pain meds and cymbalta because of LDN. The pain meds and cymbalta sedated me, so glad to have more of my life back.

It isn't a cure all, but because I could get rid of things that were harming me and not helping all that much, I am so much happier.

I take 3 mg before bed and love the results. I am off my pain meds (still struggle with pain-not as much, but don't like the sedating effects of the pain meds.) Off cymbalta too. I will say taking LDN is a delicate balance as everything pretty much seems to interfere with it. If I have a little bit ...

I too would like to know if I can mix in water. I ordered powdered tumeric over the internet to use in foods. Have lots and wonder if it will benefit me to ingest via water.

I love this topic too. I am part of other mom groups on facebook, but no one can relate to what I am facing with the MS. So I keep to myself, and relate to them in their world. My name is Cindy but go by harpgirl as I am learning to play the harp. I have two boys 10 and 4, and am 41 years old. I had...

Those of you that run, do you struggle with spasticity? I have painful spasticity and work hard at keeping it under control. I tried running this week, just a little then walked mostly. Want to start a running plan for myself, but not sure the spasticity mixes well with that idea.

I faithfully injected every day for eight years. Did great, but then started having some issued I just couldn't live with (had to fight against it.) I started on LDN and feeling and doing better while still taking Copaxone. So, now I forget to take my shot, and probably take my shot twice a week. Re...

No. Are you sure it is the Copaxone? Are you taking Vitamin D, it can cause appetite loss, especially at a significant dosage.
