So sorry it took me so long to respond. I'm sure you understand. :D I have been very busy. I'm not going crazy or anything, it just feels so good to be able to just do anything! Yes, I he opened the Left and on the 30th he will open the right and check/open the azygos or whatever that one is called (but not "thingy" lol) I know some people are annoyed with that protocol, but I am completely fine with it. I would rather travel twice than take a chance once and have...

IF I had to converse with even the janitor, I am more than confident that he/she would be just as wonderful as anyone else who works there. Good luck at your meeting!!! I have no problem sharing info. The more you kn...

I posted this on another topic, but just c/p here. I have rested a lot, thank you HP. I used to refer to myself as a narcoleptic insomniac. I was so tired I could fall asleep at any time for no reason, but when I tried to sleep, I was so scatter-brained and forgetful I would just lay there stressing...

You know, I posted days ago, but I have no idea where it went! My apologies to you all. I have been doing wonderfully and I am SOO thankful for all of you thoughts, prayers, and checking on me. The procedure went well, though it was more than I thought. I wasn't really prepared for what happened, bu...

My husband and I really enjoyed the symposium, but it was a lot of information. I have a lot of trouble with comprehension and retention so if anyone hears of a recording of it, I am very interested. Tomorrow morning is my Part one! Please pray! Blessings!!

i am at the symposium now. I believe Dr. Mehta uses 325 mg. Aspirin after the procedure. I am unsure of who is recording it, but I know someone is. We are not allowed to bring in our own camera. there is a camcorder setup in the center of the room.

I'm sorry to hear that his experience was rough. I don't believe it to be the norm though. With so many procedures being done, they cant all go as smooth as silk. I'm very happy to hear things are getting better!

I also, as I was laying on the table getting "ultrasounded", was wondering why...if the ultrasound is just about pointless because even if it is negative, it could still be very positive...it hit me. Luckily, mine showed stenosis. At that point, whether CCSVI was a real thing or not...expe...

Due to the lovely task of Jury Duty, Dr. Mehta has had to change everyone's appointments. I was scheduled for part one on Oct. 26, but have been moved to Nov. 12. I was going to go on the 10th, but I really want to go to the conference. I suppose two more days won't hurt. I really feel drawn to this...

Isn't this just simply amazing? I have already printed out and copied the announcement, addressed them to my neuro, the vascular surgeon who approved my 2nd opinion only on the basis of "if it gives you hope, go for it', and to my husbands boss, who's daughter has MS but doesn't really know muc...

You beat me to the punch! I just got the email myself. I am excited! I finally got the approval and I believe to be scheduled either the 25th or 26th of October. I am going to make sure that the Vascular Surgeon gets a copy of this. He seemed very interested, so lets see if he follows up. It will be...

2nd Opinion approved. Though I detected a bit of foul play on the part of the Medical Director's part. However, if it is in God's plan, no one can change it. I should hear from Dr. Mehta's office very soon! I'm so excited!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
