Cece, Thanks for your reply and asking questions. I don't know the details down to the sizes of my JV's. I should receive the full report in the mail soon. I know that my good vein(LIJV) is my dominant vein, so I hope it will help. But I think my original IR said it was my right? I'm not 100% sure I...

Hi Cece, I was going to start a thread to relay my experiences and ask for some advice. I think I'll do it here since I have had a a mixed response to treatment. My symptoms prior to my initial procedure were predominantly on my right side. My LIJV was stenosed ~70%. My RIJV was stenosed ~30%. I had...

Prior to procedure:
5mg Valium orally
81mg aspirin orally
2mg Dilaudid intramuscularly

During procedure:
4mg Versed
200 micrograms fentanyl
60mL nonionic contrast
6000 units Heparin

I slept through the procedure, but woke up when jugulars were ballooned and right back to sleep.

I have never been on any MS drugs or MS symptom drugs. I hope that this fact will help me if I have a problem with insurance. Otherwise, I may just order the drugs and throw them away?

It would probably make a good poison for the weeds growing in the cracks of my driveway.

I have met with two IR's in Michigan. One just this morning. They are both interested, but want to see the results of my scans from Dr. Haacke.

Not sure I want to put their names here, so contact me via pm if you want their names.

One of them went to school with Dr. Dake.

for the benefit of the naive

It didn't work for me... I doubt it is working for others.

Just thought you would like some feedback from the naive crowd.

David1949,

I was adjusted by Dr. Bowler on Friday. She uses the Blair method and did some work on the roof of my mouth. I can breath easier since the adjustment. I don't feel much different otherwise. I have to add that I am almost symptom free and have had venoplasty.

David1949, I was referred by a friend. I did not know if she was an upper cervical chiropractor or not. It turns out that she is a UCC and she explained her adjustments as very delicate and does not do the twisting of the neck or spine. She only adjusts the atlas and/or axis. I can't vouch for it pe...

I think finding normal volunteers of the female persuasion is the bigger hurdle at this point. It would help with age age/gender matching, according to Y. I would think with all the members and concerned folks here, we could do a lot better than 11. I was scanned by the team last week and it was gre...

I visited the Novi Vein office Friday and spoke with the receptionist/office manager. She is not sure why the Hubbard Foundation has them as yellow, as they have not done anything yet. The Dr is currently busy opening 2 other locations. Interestingly, the receptionist told me one of the employees wa...
