It is good to exercise if you have ms

Hi! I do water aquatics, light machine weights, treadmill, walking etc. I stop if i am feeling dizzy or too hot. It is all about moderation and choosing an exercise you enjoy. Hope that helps! Susannah

Hi all! My neuro asked me if i would participate in a drug trial. I said no because it would have invoved me having to have 11 mri's in a 12 month period. I can't handle mri's i get very claustrophobic, even with sedatives i still hate them. Am i being selfish by refusing to participate, when i coul...

Aspartame and ms

Hi! Does anybody know if artificial sweeteners are safe to use by someone with ms? I need to lose weight, and have been told to control my sugar intake by my doctor. Is all the hype about aspartame being dangerous true or not? Thanks for your input. Susannah
