Re: Copaxone working this soon!

I am happy to report that I have been injecting Copaxone since October 7th 2011, I suffered my mildest relapse in December 2011, and as of right now I have been 1 year relapse free! I do however notice a flare of old symptoms every so often, but none lasting more than a few days, and not nearly as s...

Re: Copaxone and Monthly Cycle?

reading through the posts in this topic I am quite curious....as my cycle has done the complete opposite.....since being on Copaxone I have noticed a huge gap in my cycles....sometimes as much as 3 or 4 months. They are really heavy, but that has always been a problem for me.....

Re: menstrual cycle accompanied by numbness....common or not

Thanks Lyndacarol for your response......seems to make sense but I am not congested or noticing any increased mucus production....it was more of a fever, vomiting, diarrhea that sort of thing. I'm free of those flu symptoms now though and the leg tingling continues....guess I'll find out for sure wh...

menstrual cycle accompanied by numbness....common or not?

Hi All, Just hoping someone might have some insight for me here.......did a bit of digging but can't seem to find out too much... I have been on Copaxone since October of last year. Since beginning I have had very inconsistent menstrual periods (usually only every few months) but when they have come...

Re: The dreaded PIR!!!

from my understanding, you only get the Severe reaction if you inject into a vein. As the copaxone is meant to be injected subcutaneously, I would assume by the massive bruise I had the next day, that it hit a vein. I have not (fingers crossed) had another one since, and October 7th will be my one y...

Toby, From what I've been told by my neuro, they will not diagnose without 2 clinically isolated incidents. If you are having the tingling now, is your Neuro aware of the new symptoms?? I wish you the best of luck in finding the answer. It took me over a year before I had a second incident, and was ...

Hi 3Dogs, I only started taking Copaxone in October, and still believe I made the right decision. I too leaned toward it more so because I didn't want to struggle with the "flu like" symptoms that the interferons apparently cause. I have only had one really bad reaction from the Copaxone, ...

Hey Bouncy,

How long have you been using Copaxone? Just curious :) I, like you have several sites mapped out and have yet to develop any lipoatrophy, though I am not quite at the 5 month mark so we'll see :)

MS AND Meniere's common or uncommon???

Hey all just curious as to whether MS and Meniere's commonly coincide?? My major symptoms since MS dx are vertigo and lately some hearing loss....I have a second hearing test coming up to find the cause but the first Dr. said she believes it to be my hearing nerve...... Anybody know much about Menie...
