Re: CHRISTINE'S EXPERIENCE

This is Christine again. Let me assure you the video was only "carefully edited" because while I was talking my husband called on my cell phone, so I had to stand up to walk over to answer it. In doing so, I hit the microphone button and they had to have me sit down and redo some of my inf...

Re: Doctors' Roundtable in San Francisco, March 27th

In response to your question about not taking DMD's before during and after, even tho the doctors DO NOT recommend that you stop them, I did stop them 3 mos b4 treatment for the very reason that I didn't want my improvements (if any) to be attributed to the DMD's. I experienced miraculous improvemen...

Re: Doctors that Prescribe LDN

Just got my prescription yesterday from Dr. A. Marik at Contemporary Medicine.
322 Burr Ridge Parkway
Burr Ridge, IL 60521

Phone: 630-321-9010

He told me that many of his patients are from Canada. I don't know if that means they travel there to see him or if he does phone consults.

Hi Dr. Sclafani - Christine R here. I just booked my room for July 14th. The bad news (for me) is - the block rate is no longer available because all those rooms are booked!! The good news is - that means people are attending!! I look forward to seeing you there! Perhaps AAC can try to negotiate a f...

parking

Being from this area, I am ashamed to say the high parking rates aren't just the hotels, it's the City of Chicago. Parking fees and taxes are outrageous.

Just spoke to Jackie at Dr. Makris' office today. She was great. It's nice to know I don't have to get on a plane in the winter in the event I need a third treatment (likely). She said Dr. Makris studied under Dr. Sclafani and Dr. Makris is going to be going to Italy in March. Very cool.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. I too am going to have to go for round 3 after two trips to San Diego. Can you share anything more with us about the cost for the tests and procedure? I can't wait to follow up with the doctor. :D

Hi CeCe, I did talk to Dr. Saxon quite a bit about Dr. Sclafani. I have a close friend that was just retreated by Dr. Sclafani using the bigger balloon. Dr. Saxon said he does not think the biggest area of concern in my situation can sustain something more aggressive without vein rupture. He said he...

Unfortunately, I am one of those few challenging patients that had awesome improvements after my first balloon in Sept. and no improvements after the second in Dec. I am working with Dr. Saxon at Del Mar Vein Clinic through the Hubbard Foundation. Now I have to decide if a third time will do the tri...
