I found cutting out grains really helped. Also loads of sage and brassicas in my diet. Co enzyme Q10. Take an anti histamine with pseudephedrine if you get hayfever

Ok - there may still be some benefit. Fumaric acid is the compound indicated as being the reason sage dietary supplementation is useful in the treatment of dementia.

I bought a bottle of 500mg nicotinamide this lunch timne and took one tablet.

So far Im liking the effect - I'm as bright as a buton and my low level tingling in my feet much reduced.

MV is cupric oxide and zinc oxide (Holland & Barrett iron free multivit)

The zinc is gluconate.

My daily supplementation with zinc is 15mg from MV and a 15mg zinc tablet.
