@yiga: it is pretty complicated; but yes, not avail in any 'med/supplement' form; and I am not really keen eating 2kgs of grapes a day with 300 grams of Curry and finishing drinking a glass of olive' oil... I could cut aloe leaves to try but with only limited ability and a knife I will probably fin...

is one of the best safest anti viral anti-flu herb.
