I am getting checked for hyperthyroid not hypothyroid on Tuesday. I lost 25 lbs since October. I am eating three big meals a day and 2 ensure plus drinks a day to try to keep the weight from dropping with no luck. I also have tinnitus flaky skin and such.

My last bout of symptoms came and the right ear got worse simutaneously. I feel like I have a small hearing loss too. IT DRIVES ME CRAZZY! Nothi...

2 stent or not to stent thats the question

In CCSVI, what would keep the veins from constricting after ballooning if stents are not used and why would they not go back to being restricted? I know there has been some clotting issues in a few cases with stents.

Is this a good idea?

Could there be some sticky's that have 6 month-12 month-18 month-24+month after CCSVI surgery. That way we could see how people progress through each of the time periods and see the results. Maybe alot of people that are doing good or bad might change through the period of time. Sort of long term ef...

I'm new here and to MS. But just some observations I have seen with symptoms some people and that I have that would make me think there might be a blood flow issue. Cold hands and feet, inverted sleeping helps(allowing blood to drain from the head easier), excersise has helped many people (gets bloo...

I am the single income provider for my spouse and 2 wonderful and active toddlers. This disease has got me unbelievable scared of what the fu...
