I've read something about vitamin D absorption being enhanced as well by small amounts of vitamin K, boron amd vitamin A - a daily all purpose vitamin/mineral supplement.

I take magnesium 1200mg, 1500mg calcium which has helped with spasms. Wine is wonderful to relax helps with all manner of problems - a glass or two in the evening is great. White or red does it for me as long as it's not sweet. I'm in Canada so medical marijuana is an option and the stuff does help ...

Some dr's have ZERO bedside manner and have no business being in the health care profession.

I wish that there was a mandatory course for bedside manner in medical school that all dr's would have to pass before they were unleashed on the unsuspecting public.

So refreshing to see work on MS other than the old autoimmune stuff which continues to give encouragement to big pharma with their multi billion dollar disease modifying drug profits that fill their pockets and those of thousands of MS doctors.

Oh yes, definitely, I had a lot of low back pain. I had back strains from bad lifting incidents so my GP kept sending me for MRIs of my lower back despite all the other symptoms I had and talked about.
Also had whiplash & concussion from a nasty car accident.

I have Lhermitte's and was told that of a possible thoracic lesion. No one is interested in doing another MRI to be definite so I just carry on. Don't expect any better from the medical people around here.

Oh wow, nooper, I can so empathize with you on the vertigo!
I had a horrible bout with it last December but it did eventually clear up and I haven't had anything like that since.
