Do you live in a humid / damp area / home? If so have you tried using a dehumidifier? As yet there is no ...

Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT)

It's been a while since Inclined Bed Therapy was introduced to this forum and thought it is a good time to ask for progress updates from those of us using IBT. Re: barometric pressure may be doing a lot more than we thou

Along with barometric pressure changes comes inevitable humidity change. Increase the humidity and we decrease our ability to evaporate water, instead it trickles down our skin and this saps our energy. http://www.achooallergy.com/effects-of-humidity.asp

Re: Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT) Feedback Request

Hi William, thank you, your MRI results are interesting and would be even more interesting compared to the last MRI scan. It may be worth writing to your GP and ask again for a comparison? Nevertheless, your report reflects the same pattern that Terri Harrison reported, she also had no active lesion...

Link to this post 01 Jul Haven't been here for a long while, but never forgot about this site or its importance! It's been more than two years of IBT for me with no other forms of 'treatment'. I have had zero relapses and am much steadier on my feet, have normal heat tolerance, and no longer worry a...

Re: Inclined Bed Therapy (IBT) Feedback Request

Dr Amir more than a month has passed since your first post about recommending IBT to your patients. We should be hearing from them with regards to changes and would anticipate some feedback from those who have confirmed they are sleeping inclined. Have you received any feedback and if not could you ...
