Re: Treatment for TMJ with Dr Amir

Its beliefs as these that place you in a high "risk" category for placebo effects. Add to that a practitioner that adamantly also believes in the treatment and it makes it clear why they use double blind placebo controlled trials. It's terribly difficult to actually create a double blind trial for ...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

"Experience shows that TMJ dysfunction is ALWAYS present in all 'MS' diagnosed cases! In other words TMJ dysfunction very likely resulted in 'MS' or 'RSD' type symptoms." dr. amir, the first few yrs. i was first diag. with rsd. then it was back and forth-rsd? ms? then being told i probably had both...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

Jaw correction mostly corrects the Atlas How would someone who has had their atlas corrected, with no noticeable benefits, expect benefits from Jaw Alignment? Many thanks for picking on this. The impression I wanted to give did not come through corectly in my post. I have modified it. Jaw correctio...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

When I tried a Upper Cervical Chiropractor, i felt the same benefits they say they felt with CCSVI when he corrected my misaligned C1"Atlas" then i saw Dr Amir's jaw treatment which my jaw is messed up then he said that correcting the jaw misalignment will correct your C1 misalignment. Everything f...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

An excellent thread and very refreshing to note that patients are getting closer to finding a real cure for their illness.

Well done to all the astute observers and the ones willing to submit to an easy solution or finding an indicator for a successful resolution of their symptoms.

Re: I now have a theory about what happened to my wife.

hokum, pure hokum. less than 30 seconds of NUCCA. all three spots were painless. stands her up again (with his assistance this time) and asks her to turn her neck. "crunchy is gone. feels almost the same as turning left" a few more NUCCA adjustments. turning neck is now the same going left or right...

Re: I now have a theory about what happened to my wife.

It has been a long time since I wrote anything about the Atlas. I shall try and enlighten you with my experiences over the last year or so. I start many new patients each month. Almost all of them have Atlas/Hip asymmetry at the outset. About a year or more ago I decided that I am not going to corre...

Re: Can anyone describe their L'hermitte's sign?

Interesting enough but my l'hermitte's sign completely disappeared after I had CCSVI angioplasty. I also had a 'blue' foot which returned to normal color after the procedure. I had some gait improvements too, but that disappeared when my veins re-stenosed, and didn't improve even after a second pro...

Re: Can anyone describe their L'hermitte's sign?

Here is a link to a new website made by one of my patients: http://www.msjawcure.com/#!my-epiphany/c11f4 A quote from it: "Just before retiring that night, I felt the L'hermitte’s ‘scar’ and it reminded me to use the new brace. Afterwards, I bent my head and the Lhermitte’s sign had completely disap...

Re: Atlas Misalignment and RVLM Compression

This is an excellently researched posting about the Atlas asymmetry, RVLM, the posterior skull base and the implications on hypertension and the sympathetic nervous system. I think an explanation about RVLM (from Wikipedia) is apt to complement your posting: "Control of blood pressure is crucially d...

Re: Effects of Atlas balance treatment on 'MS' symptoms

Dr Amir, Looking at such procedures as the AtlasProfilax and Atlas Balance could it be that these actually stimulate the localised neck area rather than resetting the atlas therefore providing relief? There seems to be a wealth of evidence from other sources that these areas of the neck are critica...

Re: Effects of Atlas balance treatment on 'MS' symptoms

but Dr. Amir can it work the other way? by continually fixing the atlas, will it result in correction of the jaw misalignment? as i have been correcting my atlas for 2 years which has prolonged my atlas needing to be readjusted from weekly to once every 3 weeks now. i hope it gets progressively bet...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC

Here is a testimonial I just received from a patient who is well on the road to recovery from the 'depths' of "MS" incapacity. It may help some of you understand better and perhaps educate others who might still be uncertain about the roll of dental and Atlas asymmetries in the creation of the incap...
