i hope that it helps your spirits to know that there are many out here who understand. my inabilities also are ever-increasing, and everything seems awfully difficult and time consuming. this sure isn't the life i worked so hard to build for myself. i cannot do anything, much less the things i love....

when I was first diagnosed with ms, a friend suggested sauna. i don't think i would survive it. heat totally disables me.

i do so love that rich brown liquid. but ... i find that it amps up my continence difficulties. and as mark points out, it does little to counter fatigue. so i have reduced my consumption from approx. 1 qt. daily to approx 1 qt per year.
not as fun, not as tasty. but a bunch drier and less frantic.
