It seems reasonable to assume that the number of PML cases due to Tysabri exposure are accelerating with the greater length of time patients are on the drug. Has anyone proposed a quick trial comparing CCSVI treatment to Tysabri? Of course, the Tysabri group would be comprised of those just starting...

I also looked at the hemiazygos vein. The hemiazygos showed the potential to be pinched or compressed between the descending aorta and the bony spinal column as it passes between the two (behind the heart)...very interesting.
