I don't know how alcohol consumption affects your risk of getting MS. But if you already have MS and you have difficulty walking, alcohol will make it worse. No surprise there I guess.

I'll try it again in a while but I'm hoping I'll be able to sleep tonight.

I've been using the device for about 1 week now. There wasn't much happening for the first few days but for the last two nights the muscle spasms were really bad. It kept me awake for half the night. So I'm going to stop using it for a while and see if the spasm situation improves.

May I ask what issues have improved and by how much?
