MarkW: I agree wih you. Now couple of questions since you have scientific background. 1) At least in my case, no official neuro mentioned potential vascular involvement when this was first postulated by Reinschfield in 1863 and Charcot in 1868 and recurrently studied in the past 150 years by many. T...

If this were to occur it would be fantastic. It would be lethal for the official world system of MS that prevents science from looking for new solutions to a long standing problem. Just imagine for a while if CRAB´s were suspended until new valid trials are performed. What would be the world like? I...

Just to buld towards puzzle solution: probable immune system malfunction was so intensely buried in our minds that it is difficult for us to get rid of it. And perhaps it is right. Who knows. But many facts are hard to accept i,e inmune system get confused by myelin but ONLY in the CNS. Noone has re...

The question is: what are the damaging biological processes ocurring in the brain in presence of a chronic blood reflux ...

Well. Perhaps true but not sure. Until we fully understand what is misadjusted in the CNS to cause spasticity we cannot jump to conculsions.Note the variable nature of spasticity: sometimes more, sometimes less. This might mean something turns on and then off inside. Brain lesions alone are not a sa...
