Not sure whereabouts you are in the uk but if near London walk into emergency moorfields or western eye. There must be walk in equivalents round the country. Say you are in a lot of pain with vision loss.

I would take nothing personally.
I think rituxan is pretty hardcore enough and your body will really need some time to deal with it.

I had clean mris for many years before they saw lesions (over 14 years) had at least one a year.
After a big relapse lesions showed on brain and spine.
