I'm updating now because there's relevant info, even though it has not been 6 weeks since I had the infusion yet. After the infusion, I stopped taking LDNs. I hadn't noticed any changes at all because of them, and it seemed silly to keep taking them. The Dr who prescribed them said it was ok top try...

As I understand it, there is little documented about side effects - wither from the procedure itself or the treatment. The others in the room were experiencing pain, mostly. In the legs, in the torso, everywhere. I think the most common thing is the headache, and I had one that was as severe as any ...

Got it done - Dr. Slavin's Protocol
Dec 17th, Athens, Greece, Dr. Slavin's protocol. 50.7 x 10^6 (50,700,000) cells injected into my spine and bloodstream. I'd never had an LP before, and didn't know what to expect. It was painful not just because of the intensity of the pain (though that wasn't exactly mild), but also because of the ...

The Buffalo study is NOT releasing results to patients or their doctors. We are volunteering (as I signed up, too) to be examined for their research, not to be treated. If you want to know your results, getting in touch with Dr. Haack or Dr. Dake are your best bets. I know I'm pushing to get on thei...

It was just yesterday I was reading about this, and I was left with the distinct impression that 10T existed, though they were uncommon. I can't cite my source, though, as I don't remember where I was reading this, so maybe I'm just crazy. Well, I *am* crazy, and I have MRI proof of brain damage :),...

That particular story interests me. I've heard NOTHING about people dying from stents. If someone died on the operating table, I'd not worry about it, as that is just the risk of surgery - even not-uncommon ones - but if the stents can prove fatal, then the PTBs in the drug world might be thinking t...

It's not just irresponsible and unethical because he misrepresented another's research. From what Shannon said, he either didn't read the research, in which case talking about it at all is irresponsible and unethical, or he did read it, in which case he was actively and knowingly lying because his '...

Imaging and Tessla
MRIs and Tessla levels My first MRI was done on a 3T machine. A more recent repeat of that scan was done on a 1.5T, and the images were CLEARLY inferior. Another 1.5T machine I was scanned in recently, though, provided great images. It was a new 'open' MRI, though. Is it worth hunting down a 10T mac...

Just to update this: I am headed to Greece in a few days to go forward with with Stem Cell Therapy, with people from the CTCI (Dr. Shimon Slavin). My neurologist very reasonably pointed out that the next two or three months should reveal a lot of new information about the vascular aspects of MS, and...

It sounds to me like they found that there is more to the story of anger in MS patients than just anger at an illness - as if that weren't enough sometimes. Basically, that our emotional response and expression of anger (and maybe frustration?) is more complicated than we might think on the surface....

I WISH!!!!! I didn't mean to sound like an azzhole earlier. I was in a hurry. I didn't think you sounded at all like an @§§h0|3. You've got a job to do, and it's an important one. You can't always choose what rules to follow. My point was that, while I didn't want to move back to Canada, I'm glad t...
