My wife's aunt is in the trial. She has had MS for over 30 years and she says she feels nothing, but her MS is 'dug in' pretty good. She says she feels no side fx, so that's good, but she doesn't feel anything improving either. Those of you who have heard me talk of her know that she has been in ab...

Re: Plastics cause insulin resistance

Here's a link to Frederick vom Saal's papers via PubMed (many of which are freely available). NHE I just sent him an email and asked whether he thinks this substance stays in the body permanently. It seems like a substance that is impossible to stay away from due to the plastic pipes currently used...

I would get as much info as possible from the company before making a decision. Many people throughout the world go into these trials and we don't hear of many dying or having serious problems.

You would join a long list of lab rats from this site!

I cant imagine life without it, and consider it a bit of a saviour. Ms symptoms don't completely go, but they are definitely reduced.
Which symptoms are being reduced?

George,

You will learn a lot at the meeting and will come up with questions based on the responses of the lecturers.

I can't think of anything to ask that hasn't already been addressed on this site. Let us know if anything earth shattering is brought up.

Thanks Ken You know Cipro is tried and true in the medical field. Its trusted by many but why that one Nurse said its a NO GO for MS is not clear to me. Cipro raises gamma interferon levels, which can cause relapses in MS patients. Also, the FDA finally released a Black Box warning about Cipro rece...

Re: Plastics cause insulin resistance

In my opinion, bisphenol-a is the poster child molecule of corporate tyranny. I will leave the following link active for the next day or two. It's an interview with Dr. Frederick vom Saal who is a research biologist specializing in endocrinology. Dr. vom Saal has published several papers on the phy...

LC, Thought this would be of interest to you. If you are drinking bottled water or eating a lot of foods from plastic containers, maybe that is why you can't get your insulin level down. gwa Medical News Today Link Found Between Bisphenol A And Metabolic Syndrome In Human Tissue 07 Sep 2008 New rese...

is not a bungalow - is a small house but with only one small flight of stairs - a LOT less than I have to face now! I'm just wondering how I'll get the energy to pack, move & unpack! I would have been hard pressed to go up 4 flights of stairs even before I was sick, so you must be a miracle wom...

This drug looks really good and I am excited about it. They have also started trials for RRMS, so there may be a better way for these patients than the current CRABS. The financial blogs are slobbering all over themselves about this drug, which is being classified as a financial blockbuster. Harry w...
