Car accidents aren't a one-way street [forgive the pun]; what about people getting hit by other automobiles? Or drunk drivers?

Imagine getting diagnosed, getting an ultrasound, they find the small IJVs, and they can then recommend that you go on Tysabri or a risky but more effective drug right away. Especially since hypoplastic IJVs can't be increased in size, as far as current methods are available, this makes sense to me...

Sustained duration type exercise, i.e., endurance, tends to wipe people out. If you were, on the other hand, to do a low-repetition, high-exertion strength training, then that would act more like a tonic.
