Hello, Aylish. I have been away from the board for awhile, and obviously, so has everyone else! How are you now? What did you end up doing? 3 mg. may very well be the best dosage for you. I hope this finds you feeling better and your problems resolved. Take care!

My son did see some balance improvement with LDN. He was able to ride his bicycle shortly after starting it, and he hadn't been comfortable with riding it for quite some time. He also experienced great improvement in his cognitive skills. But we have never known whether to attribute the improvement ...

Hi, Barbara. I have a 17 year old son who was diagnosed with MS at age 13. Cognitive issues have been huge for him. Prior to his diagnosis, he was a straight A student, on the debate team and always on the honor roll. The first two years were the worse for him. Looking back, I'm not sure if it was t...

My son has been using LDN 3 mg since June of 2004. Initially, we saw great improvements, however, he was using Rebif immediately prior to starting LDN, so it's hard to say where the Rebif left off and the LDN started up. He had increased energy, no heat intolerance, and overall improved mood....

Robbie, you are in Canada, right? Have you checked into doing a phone consult in the states and getting your LDN sent in from there? I know that a couple of patients were doing that with Dr. Scott and getting their LDN shipped from Skip's and there were no problems with customs, but Dr. Scott is no ...

Thanks, Deb. Actually, other than the fact that it is every day, Copaxone has always frightened me less than the interferons. Colby usually tolerates meds pretty well, and we're hoping this will be the case. Yes, we have lots of info, but all of it produced by the pharma, and you know how much faith...

Good for you, Aylish. You're on the right track. Take the 3 mg for awhile and then try 4.5...Alot of people do their best at 3, when my son tries to increase to the 4.5 he gets an incredible amount of stiffness in his legs and torso and suffers severe insomnia, and it is uncomfortable enough that he...

Here's another thought, Robbie. Have you talked to HarryZ on here? He is from Southern Ontario and his wife uses LDN, she sees a Canadian doc who happens to practice in Michigan and keeps his Ontario license and his US license. I think they use Smith's, as well. I also know of two other Southern Ont...

Hi, Robbie. Have you tried with your family practitioner yet? I believe you are in Canada. There are alot more alternative docs there than in the states. I have one recommendation. Do not ask for LDN on the pretense that it halts progression. Say that you have talked to many who have seen symptom re...
