Re: How likely will there be a cure for MS within the next 1
I wish HiCy or HSCT was available. I would do it once a month and twice in December if need be. It was the easiest thing I ever did. It was 4 days of the flu for roughly 4 years of no progression. I always here these horror stories of what people here about the procedure and they really are false. I...

Re: Periodic steroid infusions may stabilize/improve PPMS
Well I had the bone thinning before I started actually lol. I've been doing Alendondrate for a year that works well. In August I find out how I did.
Can't be worried about what if, gotta go by what is for sure this very moment. Tough though for sure.

Re: Periodic steroid infusions may stabilize/improve PPMS
Whoa, 3gr lol. I do them over 3 days. I can't say I don't understand why steroids are bad, they can be nasty buggers from what the doctor said. I did get Bronchitis 1 year ago and my thumb got a fingernail fungus. I know some folks who take a daily dose of roids, they have lupus and RA, and the roid...

Re: Periodic steroid infusions may stabilize/improve PPMS
I take 3gr every 8 weeks for over a year now. We did it based off this study and one that is for SPMS. He wouldn't follow the exact protocol because he said the steroids were bad for me in high doses. That being said I haven't progressed, I'm walking better, my blood tests are better, and I've lost ...

3gr Solumedrol Protocol
1 year and doing great. I wish I could try the ppms protocol exactly as they have tried it, but, my doc won't do it. I'm more than willing to do this though until he wants to do an investigational study if ever. This will do and aside from HiCy, I have seen nothing better. This is what steroids has ...

Dr. Corboy...aka especially Kristi Swim and Melissa Butler
Folks, first and foremost, let me start off by apologizing to the people in the title of this post. I flipped out. I let go of some frustration in a very unhealthy and unproductive way. I had an issue with getting a RX refilled. This in turn turned into my frustration for the disease, and the fact E...

Re: Treatment of RRMS with high dose cyclophosphamide induct

All symptoms I used to have is gone now except for spasticity, that has returned, and maybe some new numbness but I really don't know. I was in complete remis...
