two reasons

There are two reasons for me not posting: 1. I don't ask Ella too many questions, and as she does not live near me it is difficult for me to say anything. If it had been a miracle cure for her as it appears to be for some other people it would be easier to say something, but any improvements she has...

ms- ccsvi

From my reading of material and papers so far on CCSVI it appears that constrictions have nothing to do with plaques, but more to do with congenital malformations, pressures on the veins by bones or tissue, sometimes caused by compressure due to injury.
Maybe medical people will know different...

action in UK

Livabird, we have to think of how best we can use our resources bearing in mind that many of our members are either overseas or have MS, we at MS-CCSVI-UK have to increase our membership of people able to turn out in great numbers to make a big noise. We were at the bottom on the media interest as t...

Election time

Livabird, may the 5th is the day before the general election, we are unlikely to be noticed and all the MPs are going to be in their constituencies... bad timing for us but nothing we can do about it. We will be doing something on the internet on that day but not in physical terms as a group. May th...

Let's get real.

As some of you may know I am actively involved in the UK pressure group http://www.ms-ccsvi-uk.org - http://www.facebook.com/ms.ccsvi.uk. We are always looking for ways in which to add pressure to the bodies that are standing in our way. But there are a number of points I wish to make in reply to so...

Gordon's answer

Whyarewehere, you are right Gordon did not write the answer... In fact I don't think any one wrote an answer to the petition at all, because it is the same answer, in some parts word for word, that people who have written to the Health Department through their MPs have received. So it is a cut and p...

Alot older

HI Erika, nice young woman you are... I often feel like I am only 37, unfortunately when I look in the mirror I can see that I am much older than that. I often don't say how old I am people get the wrong idea about you if they think you are past 50. (And I'm a lot past 50) but then I don't have MS o...

Pleased you like it Nigel. I was trying to combat the mother image. I am a lot older than most people in our little pressure group and I was being seen as the mother figure... It made me feel old and mumsy... So this is my new image...

NHS or going abroad

Good luck to those of you who are going to Poland you are indeed very lucky to be going to the most experienced centre for this treatment. There have been some wild allegations thrown at them in the past few weeks, implying incompetence and opportunism. Please believe me (and tell me when you get ba...
