You can start the BBD (or ms recovery diet) in stages. My wife eliminated dairy for two weeks, then gluten and legumes. She also had a good diet, but with lots of pasta and cheese! After a while the diet is not that difficult. There is a very good rice pasta (Tinkyada), reasonably ok rice breads, bu...

Cheer, thanks so much for all the work you've put into this, it's been quite a year. Hopefully by this time next year, CCSVI will be a mainstream treatment!

Amen! A good diet is key to controlling MS and many other conditions. A dinner of wild salmon with ginger, kale, sweet potato and a green salad is about as perfect as you can get. Terry Wahls website gets into the veggies for MS issue in great depth.

according to the latest research, D3 is preferable to D2. I believe it is more readily utilized by our bodies.

I think diet is a definite factor. Dr Swank was on the right track 50 years ago when he developed his low saturated fat diet. He knew there was a vascular element to MS. Ashton Embry and Ann Sawyer also recommend eliminating dairy, gluten and legumes, mainly because they can upset the immune system ...

I just wanted to chime in - we have been on IBT for almost two weeks now, a week at 4", and the past 5 days at 6". So far no changes either good or bad. It was surprisingly easy to get used to the incline. I want to comment on mattresses, since we have been using a 'Swedish memory foam' ty...

Diet definitely seems to be a factor in MS. The Swank diet seems to be the simplest of the most popular diets, basically concentrating on eliminating saturated fats. The Best Bet Diet is more restricted, also eliminating gluten legumes, and dairy. The MS Recovery Diet is stricter yet, also eliminati...

I believe the Buffalo testing does not give you any information on what they found, it is a blind study. I was told the only info they would share on individual results would be an MRI. My wife was very interested in participating in the study, but since they won't let us know if she has any blockag...

Hi Andrew, We are also in the beginning stage of trying IBT. So far, we have inclined the bed 4" for the past week, with no problems. My question is - how critical is the 6" height? Raising our bed another 2" may cause a few problems, and since we have a bookcase shelf over the bed we...

One month is not nearly enough time. LDN takes 3 months to really start kicking up the endorphins. Also, for most people, LDN's biggest benefit is no progression, not overnight improvements. I would definitely keep it up if I were you. It's very inexpensive, and pretty harmless. Have you watched any...

Jugulars used only in supine position?

In looking thru the piles of CCSVI papers I've printed off, it appears that the jugulars are primarly used when in the supine (laying down) position. In the upright position, the spinal epidural and vertebral veins carry the drainage load. This raises a few questions in my mind: Does this mean that ...
