Re: TMJ alignment with Dr Amir
I've just updated Emma's treatment thread as she finished treatment with Dr Amir today. We figured out towards the end of last year that years of living with "MS" had changed Emma's gait and muscle capability to such a degree that she needed rehabilitation to deal with the mobility issues....

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC
Well today was a big day for Emma. Dr Amir removed Emma's final brace today and said that everything was where it need to be. He carried out a kinesiology test for strength on Emma's right arm which is one of the indicators he uses to check that everything is where it should be and she was good to g...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC
Hello ejc, thank you for the update's. Glad to hear you and your wife are holding your own. So many of us here know what mainstream medicine is doing wrong. We can only hope they will wise up too. But I'm not holding my breath. It is people like you and your wife that think and go out of the box th...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC
It's been a while since I posted an update to this thread, the negativity from a minorty can get irritating and a little off putting. Anyhow I was prompted to post today as we visited Dr Amir in Putney and a new patient was with him (all the way from Gibraltar) as a direct result of reading about hi...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo
Dr Amir actually knows Gerald Smith, he's met him and has a reasonably good grasp how he operates as a dentist. I had a chat with Dr Amir about this thread yesterday when Emma was seeing him for an appointment. It thought it was great that someone completely unconnected with Dr Amir and based on a ...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo
Also it's ideal if someone completely independent to Dr Amir is treating jaw and teeth related problems and arriving at similar outcomes. I did a search across his siute, and all the references I found regarding MS were nutritional and toxicity related, not Jaw Asymmetry. So I would say he has NOT ...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo
For those in America who are interested in having what I believe to be the closest thing to Dr Amir's, you should definitely check out Dr. Gerald Smith. He has done many seminars and is very knowledgeable. His website: http://www.icnr.com/ Also, here is a link to a very informative seminar he did a...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo
And yet everyone with this MS diagnosis that has come to you has been "labeled" as having a jaw misalignment. People in glass houses should be a little more careful when throwing stones. What a quite bizarre statement. How can you possibly know what "label" is given to any patie...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo
Somehow, each of us with our unique physical challenges has gotten lumped together in a basket called MS, probably because we were sent to a neurologist. Had we started with a neuro dentist or a chiropractor and then found our way to CCSVI (if necessary), our lives and bank accounts would be an ent...

Re: DrSclafani answers some questions
I asked you a while back (in this huge thread) where you felt you were with CCSVI now you've seen a number of patients over the years. It was a question that understandably you couldn't simply draft a 5 line reply to. So being a bit more specific. How much more do you understand about CCSVI now tha...

Re: DrSclafani answers some questions
Well, measuring vessels is a real challenge, especially using venography. I would definitely want to do IVUS because I would like to know if these numbers you give are the larger or the smaller dimensions of the vein. they are the same ONLY when the vein is a circle, not all that common. I would co...

Re: DrSclafani answers some questions
Dr S, How would you deal with a patient presenting hypoplasia in one IJV? Right IJV = approx 12mm Left IJV = approx 6mm Signs of malformed valves in both IJVs. e.g. Would this warrant looking at the vertebral venous plexus? Or even consideration of a replacement graft for the left IJV? I guess what ...

Re: MouseDoc on CCSVI
I wouldn't lose too much sleep on that article Cece, more than once I've had to politely ask for libelous posts to be removed from that "blog/site". (which were removed upon request). It is heavily pharma biased and populated by people who claim to be medically trained (posting anon) that ...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist
I am still astonished at the improvements generated by what appear to be minute adjustments or tensions placed on or around the jaw.
Great to hear you're getting somewhere Rosegirl.
