Re: How much does Leucocyte obstruction matter?
It might be more helpful to speak of Association between poor fluid circulation impacting the CNS and MS. I think Dr Owiesy's observation that when the muscle layer of the vein is stressed, it goes into spasm, blood circulation is impeded. This could explain the impact of allergy for example. It may...

Re: How much does Leucocyte obstruction matter?
Greetings: If it's not an endothelial disease, How does Dr Zamboni define it?? In the case of MS it might be appropriate to say it is sometimes a disease of the endothelium which obstructs fluid flow. "Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endothelium Endothelium - Wikipedia OverviewStructure...

Greetings: I didn't realize you re-posted my article on how big money has hindered development of research on CCSVI MS. Thank you. I don't see how government meta governance can be of help since at present in the USA govt regulatory agencies have been taken over by big money private interests. Resea...

Greetings: According to Dr Zivadinov, a history of Mononucleosis is one of 4 primary factors typical of MS patients. Yes, EBV causes Mono, but it causes other diseases as well. How does Mono in particular "cause" MS? I would suggest that illness damages the vascular system leading to CCSVI...

Re: obstruction of the glymphatic system
Greetings:
Dr Zivadinov considors that a history of Mononucleosis is one of 4 factors typical of MS patients. Instead of focusing on the EBV virus, one might consider that the illness causes glymphatic impairment which might be a CCSVI issue.
Regards, Vesta

Re: CCSVI MS hindered by big money
Thanks Leonard and 81 Charger for your inputs. I'm convinced the MS lobby in general (pharma, MRI, neurology) did everything to quash research and treatment. By now we should have a stent which could mesh with the vein to prevent its ending in the heart. Other treatments to prevent complications suc...

Please refer to Petr75's post Re:Association Dec 25 2023 and my reply below: The whole point is that research has been throttled in the West due to the malignant pressure of big money. Angioplasty is not necessarily the only/best treatment for CCSVI. Re: Association Post by vesta » Thu Dec 28, 2023 ...

CCSVI MS hindered by big money
I am hesitant about finding an, Interventional Radiologist to treat me for CCSVI MS. When in May 2012 the FDA began to attack Dr Zamboni's CCSVI treatment « Liberation therapy » I assumed that the MS community was particularly targeted by Big Pharma to deny any alternate treatment to their drugs... ...
