Re: Who are the BIG names in CCSVI ?
MarcF...we look for objective opinions here, not people who like yourself admit that are subjective as they are on the payroll. I asked about stents before travelling in emails, and they confirmed that once treated all veins would remain open etc etc. Had they replied "we will treat all your ve...

Re: Who are the BIG names in CCSVI ?
With such positive and detailed feedback you were either very successfully treated or are on their payroll! Lol i was treated by the brain flow team but must admit that it was disappointing to only be informed once I was in Italy that they NEVER use stents. That could and should have been discussed ...

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
Thank you both. I have had one relapse in the past, hence im still technicallly CIS, i have a feeling the CCSVI hasnt worked and maybe the blockage is slightly worse in some of the veins now, that would explain a few things. Nothing has majorly changed, so unless MRIs detect new lesions or i have an...

Re: The Coimbra Protocol high dosing vitD **************
MSbro...lets be honest, its not just about using double blind randomly controlled placebo trials. Those phase of trials are VERY expensive, we are talking several millions, and lets be honest...whats in it for big pharma? You cant patent vitamins/minerals/supplements. Their "products" are ...

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
Well, everyone who has MS has EBV, i guess the question it above what level of IGG does it need to be "managed". In the extensive tests carried out when testing for Lyme back in Dec 2015, 6 months after the first and only relapse, amongst other things tested, these were the results for the...

Celeste,
Did your daughter ever have MRIs or a lumbar puncture or any kind of relapse/event other than the optic neuritis?
Thanks,
zjac

Re: Low dose benadryl: An unknown treatment for MS
David, I know its been a while, but I wonder if readers would benefit from reading about how to take low dose benadryl. Many here (myself inluded) are used to the ease of taking LDN (low dose naltrexone), but LDB seems rather different. Ive read about how to dose from a capsule that has been pin pri...

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
Amazing explanation Scott, many thanks. I'l make a note to look at those threads. I guess the key question is what test are needed to confirm that EBV should be managed, or is it through trial and error based on how one reacts to Valtrex for example?

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
But do you control your EBG IGG antibody levels? I dont disagree that EBV is definately involved in MS, Im just wondering whether its just one of so many other thigns that MAY help and so there is no real harm in taking it. I prefer to think that things like LDN and Vitamin D which have been clearly...

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
Ive read your comments on NAG before, but I honestly believe MS is underlyingly very different for everybody. SUpplements that help or hinder some, dont do anything for anybody else. Lots have found relief from NAG, others nothing, and other such as yourself im sure need to steer clear of it. Im act...

Re: Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not
HI Scott, Thanks for replying, I appreciate it. I honestly think that the "damage" left by the first relapse will only go away if the mielin is repaired. Havent seen much evidence of lesiones disappearing with CCSVI, I have seen it in other cases though (with high dose vitamin D, heavy met...

Could this be an indicator that I have progressiveMS not RR?
Hi all, Been a while since i posted. some of you may remeber that i had my first relapse back in May 2013 (weak right side of body, most noticeably drop right foot). Lasted ten days. They then found old lesions on the brain (approx 7-8) and one active lesion on the cervical spine that explained the ...
