Re: Treatment of RRMS with high dose cyclophosphamide induct
I was in that study. 90% stopped or reversed progression, 10% stopped but then resumed before one year was out. 4 people were done 2 times, and one done 3 times. Of EVERYONE treated no deaths occurred. The infections were normal chemo related infections such as the flu, cold, or a fungus. No one was...

Re: Petition to recognize medical marijuana importance
I have great hope in the White House and the Democrats. Not one shred of hope in the Republicans though. It blows my mind how they are the ones who scream less government yet they are the ones who have no issue in voting more gov't on anything the Democrats are OK in relaxing on. Oh well, W will win...

Re: Walk Aide
Well, hmmm lol If you need to adjust it daily I would go back to the tech and have them redo the electrodes. If the black one is a little off you don't get the right stim, if the red one is too far forward you get to little of one, it really is edgy. I have the new cuff with the snap lock. This is n...

Re: MRI results - please "translate" into non-medical Englis
If that is your MRI above I too a crack at it. Reminds me of one I am very familiar with........mine!! No I'm not a Dr. but I play one one TV and don't care if someone calls me irresponsible for taking what my doctor and radiologist taught me and using it. (They both happen to be very good friends o...

Re: Anyone know how to read spinal MRIs
The one in your neck can be verified by touching your chin to your chest. If you get electrical tingles in your arms or down your back, it is called L'Hermitte's Sign. I would also say the one mid back is as well and if you have experienced any incontinence, bowel or bladder, it would lean towards m...

Re: Analysis of 40 JH HiCy Patients
I just talked to one of the doctors there and they have 4 million and need 11 million more for the phase 3 study and none of the big drug companies are willing to help.

God don't suggest CCSVI right away. Do you have any idea how many people don't get relief and spend 10k for nothing. Horrible advice. Go to your GP. They will need to write you a referral in most cases to a Neuro. They can also be proactive and order you an MRI so you have one already done and with ...

Good news just for you BOB
Seems at the rate my disability has kicked back in unless they can find some way to slow it down my doctor said to me in 5-10 years I will be completely disabled and on my way out. I got a doctor who doesn't BS me. Just came back to share the good news with someone who would be happy about it. I'll ...
