Inclined Bed Therapy

I started IBT a month ago, raising the bed 6". I still tend to slip down a bit and off the pillow so maybe it's effectively 4-5". The first week I had trouble falling asleep and tossed and turned quite a lot but am sleeping much better now. I was sensitive to light for about 2 weeks but no...

That's great news! Finally some progress. Thanks for letting us know Seeva. Deb Cameron on 2BL ABC radio interviewed Dr George Jelinek about his new book this morning. They were taking calls and I tried but didn't get through. I had hoped to mention CCSVI and the possible parallels between the diet ...

That's great news Seeva and Alexander. Thanks for your efforts. Seeva have you got a new neurologist? I tried sending a pm but it didn't work. If you could let me know the name here or through a pm I would be most grateful. My neurologist has not been willing to help me. I was prepared to go to Melb...

I did send a link to Norman Swan a few weeks ago but the more people do this the better. My neurologist is aware of Zamboni's work but was not prepared to help me follow this track. It could be a long slow process but let's all keep chipping away in whatever way we can.

Doppler test in Melbourne

That's wonderful news. If this sonographer has any connections in Sydney I'd be happy to forward on the necessary articles about the procedure. Any headway made in Australia is very exciting as we seem to be lagging behind.

Re: Massaging my Neck... any comments ?

Sounds logical to me. Have had neck and shoulder problems and feel this can be stress related, holding tension in these muscles. I guess learning to meditate would help relax the muscles and therefore get the blood flowing. It's probably all connected.

Hi Radeck,
Thanks for your words of wisdom. The best we can do is to share our knowledge and keep CCSVI on the MS agenda.
Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

Hi Thornyrose 76,

I agree with the others, hang in there. What amazes me is the hopefulness that Dr Zamboni's work is generating and how often the reaction is that it makes sense. I too am impatient and wishing this will catch on quickly.

Thanks for the encouragement. I plan to contact some of the major teaching hospitals in Sydney. Unfortunately my neurologist doesn't want to help me with this, which would make it easier. He's pushing medication (nearly 12 years now) but I would rather go down the CCSVI road. So far the response I'm...

Australia, let's get going

I haven't been here long but can see things are moving quickly. I've started in my own small way to stir up interest in Sydney, but lots of brick walls so far. Will keep trying though. Anyone else making progress here?

Best of luck to everyone.
