If you prepare 100 mice with an "average CCSVI" condition and one will get clear MS symptoms the conclusion may be: CCSVI is a high risk factor for getting MS because mice nearly never get MS. Many discussions about CCSVI are a waste of time because everyone uses different definitions or h...

These new animal models of CCSVI are very interesting but one has to be careful with the interpretation of the data. With a normal amount of cigarette smoke nearly nobody will get lung cancer but the risk strongly increases (but it remains still low). With CCSVI and MS, I think, it is the same situa...

If you change Minimum number of treatments included to 6 on this site : http://www.ccsvi-tracking.com/index_timeline.php#menu you will reach 12 months. But the values for > 8-9 months are less reliable. Overall this graph shows a positive trend. I think the future may show that (multiple) treatments...

There is a huge lack of understanding statistical data - especially for risk factors. There are millions of healthy smokers, so lung cancer is an alleged consequence of smoking. Zivadinov's study confirms that there is a correlation between CCSVI and MS. That is EXACTLY THE SAME situation as with th...

Till now this should be reliable enough:

But it should be confirmed (or not) by clinical trials.

80% of lung cancer patients are smokers. 25% of the whole pupulation are smokers (that are millions). So smoking plays a minor role for lung cancer ? In the late stages of MS I think there is 80-90% CCSVI. So CCSVI may strongly increase the risc for getting MS - like smoking for lung cancer. The cap...

The development of MS matches very goog with general venous diseases:

often starts in the age of 20-30
life long slow disease
more women
congenital disposition

Here are the results of 687 (to date) treated.

The results have a very clear positive tendency.

If someone now concludes, ok a nice placebo there shouldn't be done any research, he or she is simply an i...t.

Usually this should mean, that the statistical data of some gait test show differences that are not explainable just by chance - using mathematical analysis. At the onset of MS there are only mild impairments too. The gait is not as smooth as normal, may be some stiffness in the legs, some minor bal...

This mouse model should be very important.

Blocked veins > "micro strokes" > mild impairments (growing over years/ decades; may be too long for mice)

So mild impairments are exactly what one should expect at first.

MS is a VERY SLOW disease, so the differences between MSler and healthy must be very small. If not, 5 year old children should show first MS symptoms. The X-ray pictures in the early stages of breast cancer should be interpreted by two experienced independent doctors, because it's not an easy task. ...

The result is, there is a correlation between vascular conditions and the progression speed of MS.

So, may be CCSVI is a vascular condition, that has a strong impact on the progression.

Therefore I think cheerleader in this case you are wrong. The results of this study are important.
