firm silicone stents similar to silicone rubber of spatula?
Isn't silicone more human-friendly than metal? So, since I myself probably have atherosclerotic (plaque) causing peripheral arterial disease... (here's a demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhwX5zO17qk i got to thinking: on the one hand, there's the metal scaffolding, which seems like it might be p...

Re: MARIJAUNA BEING ILLEGAL IS PURE "BS"-PLAIN AND SIMPLE
This thread is SO on-target. For many decades i've been LIVID at the U nhealthcare S tealthcare A ssociates of the USA. Do you know how long ago I read frustratedly about marijuana's benefits? In the days when there were magazines, before Internet, I used to read about the frustration of Parkinsons ...

Re: has anyone heard of this or tried it?
I have fibromyalgia (not MS, even if some symptoms may mimic that & Lyme). In the past, during seeking high & low for cures, I tried many IDIOTIC protocols recommended by "well-intentioned" people online (which has a way of spreading like wildfire, due to their various followings, ...

What about - Venous Insufficiency of Extremities or elsewher
OK, I don't have MS, but I do have long-standing Fibromyalgia, and I was wondering if anyone has ever discussed venous insufficiency of other areas of the body for people who have pain? Even IF that pain doesn't have a boxed-in Name such as Algia or Osis or Itis... :? Would these same doctors also t...

Re: Can an MS'er have regular daily bowel movements naturall
what enables BM for me would be, say, vanilla yogurt, followed by hot cereal with a few choco-bits melting inside. Then perhaps 4 oz. of weak Colombia-Arabica coffee, with low-fat milk & turbinado mixed in.

Re: Bladder issues?
I've been down that road myself, but much worse (long story). The BEST (Least Irritating) cure is not cranberry (nor raspbery Leaf ), but rather, Natural Cherry stuff, such as Bing-Cherry-Concentrate, decaf-cherry-berry tea, etc. ALSO: What the doctors are failing to inform people is that a major t...

Re: Problems I have and how I am trying to help myself
I can't fathom why sugar would stimulate urination. In my case, what brings on BURNING urination is computer use (it activates metabolism due to EMFs, as well as prematurely aged my body). Also astringents, such as coffee, cherries, bring on urination, ...but (at least in the case of cherries/berrie...

Re: So, what is the most affordable treatment for MS?
maybe stem cells - if proven to be most effective long-term?? Curious why there's so few posts on the stem cell board compared to others. Is it only because travel to China is daunting? That i can understand (shake hands). But after reading Robert Becker's book "Body Electric", that book g...

...yeah, it may be boring, but maybe it's time everyone in pain would sing a pain prayer, then maybe SomeOne will listen?

Re: Ankels giving out??Shoe suggestions?
I'm sorta in a similar boat right now, though i have fibromyalgia. Though its not related to balance-issues, I'm afraid I soon won't have use of right foot & terrified. I just posted it on the stem cell section. In case you're wondering why i'm posting on a MS forum, it's because at least this o...

Even better than that, just check out all the Thumbnails on the lifesystem (USA) site and you'll be surprised how many toxins are possible. It's Quantum Physics (which is THE most accurate science of all no matter what convention doctors & physicists may say. It's like consulting Oracles) It's n...

responding to yours, yes i tried too many things, more than imaginable, so of course i've been into diet. I'm sorta what ayurveda describes as vata-kapha (something like that) where you need a little of this & a little of that. for example, what's good for my heart/feet cause me bad migraine hea...

Which doctor? or which diagnosis would Beike or Wu require?
Hi all. 8) Firstly, while i've read George's valid comments about CCSVI's controversiality, i'm still wondering whether Beike and/or Wu integrate these routines, or are they non-integrative: (1) CCSVI (in least risky way - I.E. can they pre determine if i'm too reactive to same? (2) myoablation (co...

Re: mylien regrown
Please forgive my ignorance on the topic, but i thought I read something to the effect that while adipose stem cells repair tissues "cleanly" there seems to be a question about whether in the long term, they are as permanently effective as HSC's aren't hematopoetic stem cells supposed to b...

Re: pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF)
OK, this is actually my 1st post on these MS forums. I came across this thread (during searching re: CCSVI versus Stem Cells), so i hopped on to state my past PEMF experience. I have tried various types of these modalities in the past, and they've had zero effect on me. To name only some : I'd visi...
