Re: Hormone Replacement
I'd heard! Hope folks have come thru all right. My entire Canadian family is over your way just now
In other news, had an appointment Monday. Not a complete win, but I think a good step in prep for this Friday. Otherwise, this week is absolute crap - need to turn things around if I can!

Re: Hormone Replacement
so i'm *still waiting* for time with a particular local specialist. the good news is, at this point the over the counter E3 cream has really done the trick where it's been applied topically on my problem skin. i *really* want to apply E3 from within. just about done putting the patience in patients...

Re: Autonomic Dysfunction in PwMS
hopefully all the contributing factors will keep working in your favour :) for me, i'm not sure what else it could be, but i do try to be open to reasonable possibilities. for example - i had never thought i would need thyroid meds, but i could see the hypo tendency the first time the specialist ord...

K2, cheese, and science
So I was recently introduced to Jarlsberg by a local cheese vendor. I read a little bit about it and was interested to see the info about vit K2. Then I kept reading, and really appreciated finding this critique of the research: expert reaction to study looking at daily Jarlsberg cheese (versus Came...

Re: Autonomic Dysfunction in PwMS
i really hope that your early actions were prompt and decisive enough to turn things right around in your case, z! i will say though, that in early years for me it did take a fair amount of physical exertion (eg 5+ hours carrying gear across uneven terrain) to demonstrate that functionally, the 'end...
