Re: New role of environment in multiple sclerosis revealed

What we're learning from the human genome project and other research is that it is not necessarily the genes that we are born with that elicits disease but rather it is environmental impact on genetic expression. Example given: vitamin D has an impact on over 2000 of our genes! In the above article ...

Re: Dr.Coimbra Treatment 95% Efficacy

Since increasing my dosage to 165Kiu in late February I now have better control over my bladder. I might also be slightly less spastic. No other improvements to speak of. Perhaps I will need to speak to the doctor about increasing my dosage even further?

Re: Has anyone with SPMS or PPMS given it a try?

Welcome PJ, I have SPMS I have been on the protocol since September 2014. Needless to say but I had difficultly getting any information at that time. With the help of an M.D. with MS I waded into the water. I started using a dosage based on 1000iu per kg of weight. Whenever I increased my dosage I g...

Re: Who has Vitiligo with their MS ? I have it with my Lyme

As pointed out by Teresa Dr. Coimbra has ' been there, done that'. He has cured both psoriasis and viglio using hi dose vitamin D along with MS and a host of other autoimmune conditions. Re: GrassrootsHealth newsletter re: Coimbra Protoc

This is game changing. And Coimbra actually speaks in English in the attached video! Grassroots really sounds behind him which I find very exciting! I expect high dose vitamin D trials to be next. This feels like the beginning of the end.

Re: Vitamin D test

I discovered that I have the VDR gene by doing the 23andme test. You can order it yourself. Another person that I know with MS also has the VDR gene. Perhaps all people with MS have this gene? It wouldn't surprise me!

When I ordered the test a few years ago it cost me $99.

Re: Gut bacteria linked to Multiple Sclerosis

I take a probioti twice per day. One with breakfast and one dinner. I have tried many brands but I have found the following work very well for me. Neither of them are cheap! The cheaper ones have not worked at all. Florastor http://www.florastor.ca/ Jigsaw Health http://www.jigsawhealth.com/search.p...

The book posted by Ana is not SPAM. It is quite simply the best thing that I have read since coming to this website 10 years ago! For the first time it explains the Coimbra protocol explicitly in English. I downloaded the book on Amazon for five dollars and found it to be excellent! Where is the spa...
