Just when you think your doing right someone throws you a curve ball. I stopped supplementing almost a year ago. Since I have never been that much of a fan of taking them anyway most were outdated. I truly believe in getting of your vitamins and minerals from what you eat first. Supplement only when...
Be careful if you drink allot of coffee and then stop completely you could have some rather nasty side effects. I quit for a time but found that 1 small cup mid morning seems to be fine. Just my opinion. Trick is to not head for the coffee first thing in the morning. Eat first. I have switched my wi...

Hello Bubba Keep focused on the positive. Smile and laugh off adversity. Diet is a big issue with us. Get the newest addition of the Swank Diet. Pretty easy to adapt too. Don't give up anything you like to do. Go fishing !!! Eat more fish. Keep the BBQ going and enjoy. I gave up the beer but gladly ...

Thank you for your support. I used to love hike but was not much of a runner. Short sprints skim boarding to prepare for summertime demanding desert launch conditions. Find myself running in my dreams and actually find it quite enjoyable when it happens. And rock hopping was another favorite up unti...

Hello Scotty Your story is almost identical to what I was experiencing in the early days. When I was thinking MS and Dr's and others were thinking pinched nerves Stress ect. The many physicals, blood tests, x-rays, stress tests revealed nothing. Some of the symptoms you describe I was feeling over s...

Today in my life
Going to set my flying aside for awhile. Today hang gliding I was not able to lift my leg high enough to get fully into my pod harness. My brother the Eagle joined me for awhile. Had to laugh as to him it must have looked like my talons were out pursuing prey. Tough to hang it up after 31 yrs in thi...

Scotty I went for four years of exactly what you have described. Not until I actually stabilized some did get a positive MRI. Too late for the early disease modifying drugs to be very effective. My advice to you is this. Take the helm. You set the coarse and stay focused on getting what you want don...

Andrew Great info… Understand your concern about the inversions. My thought is the combination of a good nights sleep ( eight hrs inclined ) then twenty minutes on the inversion table at the end of the day gently stimulates the whole system. I use my inversion table more for the stretching than inve...

Thanks Cheer I started using the table just too see if surging the blood could help some of the issues that plagued me early on. I knew even then before the MRI and confirmed MS there was something going on in my head. Might have been a dangerous move. When I first started using the inversion table ...

Yes garlic is a anticoagulant ( blood thinner ) might be a difference cooked versus raw. either way it is a amazing little onion. If nothing else when you eat enough of it it tends to keep people from getting too close thus less chance of spreading disease. Garlic too your health... Mark http://www....
