Thanks, jr5646,
The incredible work of many to get the word out is awesome! Thank you Judipom, Cheer, and everyone else worldwide! Reminds me of the picture of a tree covered in snow....the power of each individual and the group to create and make things happen.

Hi nomissbehaven, I've done Polarity and Cranio-Sacral therapy for years. I also did Feldenkriss (sp?). Feld. helped me become aware of how normal feels so when I begin to slump or walk differently, I am able to correct it. It also helps me remember how to sit in a chair properly. Polarity and Crani...

Welcome msh! Take time to read the stickies. That will give you a tremendous education in CCSVI in a short period of time. For the time being, I think calling or e-mailing either Boston or Alex (Dr. Dake's scheduling person) at Stanford and asking to be put on the list will at least get you a place ...

It sure IS hard to wait. I'm so sorry your scans were postponed. My surgery was one of the Stanford ones cancelled, but at least I could get the MRIs. Of course, intellectually you know that eventually it will happen, but you sure don't believe it until it really does. Here's to scans done for you i...

Wow! You all have been busy while I was gone.....So great to read the continued explosion of info, inquiries, and media. Just returned from roundtrip in two days to Stanford from Southern CA. It's 1:20 a.m. so I may not make much sense, but, I'm excited to tell you I have two collapsed jugs and one ...

Thanks to all of you for your tremendous support! What a difference a day makes! It still doesn't seem real that I received the dreaded "Alex" call today. All those times I couldn't wait to hear from Alex; but, today, when I heard her voice, I knew what she would say! I could have gone to ...

flu
A very simplified explanation - not scientific at all! My understanding is that when a person with MS or any immunedeficiency disease has the flu, it sets up a "perfect storm". The MS body already has plenty of inflammation, so the body overreacts and attacks itself.

Excited and Delighted!
Many, many thanks to all of you who have so faithfully posted your CCSVI experiences! I'm excited and delighted to tell you that I'm off to Stanford for testing, Dec. 17th and stenting, Dec. 18th! I did hyperbaric chamber treatments last summer and had great (but, not lasting) results, so I know I c...
