Could supplemental oxygen help patients PRE-VENOPLASTY?

In illness frequently a "pulse oximeter" is used to measure the percentage of oxygen that's in the circulating blood. It's the little gizmo they attach to a fingertip or an earlobe that measures the oxygen saturation in the circulating blood. But in MS/CCSVI the CEREBRAL blood oxygenation ...

Damaged cells spill out their contents, thus the Oligoclonal bodies normally inside myelin cells are found outside them. Post venoplasty, can the cells recover from this? The oligoclonal bodies wouldn't get back in, even if the damaged cells are healing. Can the cells make more of these? Yes Cece, ...

For those of you who slept through your science classes the Mitochondria are the "power plants" of the cells. Some have 1, some have many. The mitochondria uses fuel to power whatever the cell does. It makes energy called ATP. All cells have a job.....and some need a lot of energy to work ...

The Jugulars are only maximally used when lying down (supine) so the vertibrals do most of he draining of the brain when upright, and the Azygos is used 24 /7. so if you have A profound Azygos problem then this might put you in the worst outcome category. I think that is key with the Azygos...If the...

I'll bet the more "severe" the blockages are correlates with the degree of disability and progressiveness of the disease course. The more severe the blocks are ( regardless of the type) the worse the turbulence and the slower the emptying. Thus the more impaired perfusion to brain tissue. ...

So if a number of people W/MS are tested for CCSVI via Doppler or MRV and deemed NOT to have CCSVI and they subsequently go to another center and test positive, via any method including venogram and they are then treated, this data never gets recorded? Seems weird. If a drug study has it's results p...

This is not limited to Multiple Sclerosis/CCSVI. In 2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After learning all I could about my specific type, I came upon a chartroom. It was on www.breastcancer.org. There I was told by a similarly diagnosed woman named Pat , that I was a candidate for a new test. ...

Does Trial data ever get corrected, amended & republishe

I am wondering if trial outcomes ever get corrected? I have heard that several people that were in studies were " undertreated" or deemed " no CCSVI" and subsequently correctly diagnosed and treated, usually by another center. At first I thought that it was just an oddity and rar...

My Theory on Location, Climate and incidence of MS/CCSVI in more northern regions I believe that warm climates( closer to the equator ) keep vasodilatation as a regular signaled occurrence. In warm regions being warm and sweating to cool the body After the veins dilate is frequent. The endothelium g...
