Re: I now have a theory about what happened to my wife.

None of this sounds odd Doug, you have to think of all this as rehabilitation.

It's almost like learning to walk again after a serious accident. Emma is going through exactly the same.

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC

I shall search for some brave practitioners in the USA and let you guys know in the next week when I am on holiday. I've spoken in length with Amir about this during some of the visits we have to Putney. I find it frustrating that more people are not able to get this help. Seeing the improvements n...

I think we missed you by no more than a hour or so. It's hard to believe that nearly a year has passed. It's great to hear you're improving. What you describe is not dissimilar to Emma. Her fatigue was debilitating to a degree that made only limited therapy/exercise viable, combined with the neuralg...

Re: internuclear ophthalmoplegia, one and half syndrome & CC

So many people report eyesight improvements with CCSVI treatment and the connection to why this is still seems unclear. So I figured instead of asking the IR's for the answer I got the opportunity to ask an eye specialist. The question to ask isn't "why does CCSVI treatment improve eyesight&quo...

Re: internuclear ophthalmoplegia, one and half syndrome & CC

do not discount that it could actually be "an MS thing" too quickly. A lot of what I read appears to reference MS and brain lesions. So far nothing has been discounted. In the same way I ask specialists to be open minded I try and stay the same way. We have a further consultation in a mon...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC

We'd put this down to some of the exercise and massage she's been getting recently as she continues to rehabilitate her legs using sports massage therapy. Emma's walking is undoubtedly improving as was commented by more than one friendly face we met at Amir's this week. Did she engage in PT before ...

Re: Cheer's excellent self-report on her Atlas adjustment

This is all good, the more people are looking into neck, teeth, upper spine, lower spine or any spine for that matter, the better. There is undoubtedly an element of misalignment causing many symptoms currently attributed to MS. Now the hard bit starts, tying it all down and working out how to conne...

internuclear ophthalmoplegia, one and half syndrome & CCSVI

Internuclear ophthalmoplegia(IO) (right sided) + one & Half syndrome. Yep, I had to google both of those too. This is the latest fun diagnosis Emma has had for her ever worsening eyesight issues. She's had all sorts of wonderful improvements since starting treatment with Dr Amir that I guess it'...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Treatment - EJC

May update. Emma has been struggling recently with leg and back pains, but these were more like cramp/sciatic pain than the neuralgic pain she'd been getting in the past. Uncomfortable but not excruciating like before. We'd put this down to some of the exercise and massage she's been getting recentl...

Re: Is this CCSVI/PAD/AI theory possible?

There's no reason to assume MS is a single entity. In fact, I don't think we'll ever see a eureka day where a single cause or "cure" is found for what we currently understand (or don't understand) MS to be. Your sketch isn't entirely far fetched. Over then next few decades/century what wil...

What is the NUCCA Doc adjusting Doug? Is it the same adjustment each visit or does it vary?

Re: I now have a theory about what happened to my wife.

Get the physio - Emma started Neurophysio about 6 months ago - it turned out was pretty much a deep tissue sport massage. We were having terrible trouble getting her seen often enough by the NHS official Neurophysio so we found a sports masseur locally. We're glad we did, it proved to be more effect...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

Hi Blossom: I don't know what you have tried to correct the skeletal problems and this suggestion may be of no use. I would try to find an Osteopath who uses Kinesiology (Muscle Testing - I describe it on my blog) to "ask the body" where and what the problem is and how to solve it. (I thi...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

Really interesting Rosegirl thanks for going into that much detail. When Amir takes on a new patient you get a vast questionnaire to complete about your entire medical history right from the day you arrived on the planet. Surely this must be critical? A score is given by each patient on a scale of 1...

Re: When CCSVI fails, try AO and/or the Dentist

Well done Rosegirl! TIMS has been a great place to view other people’s experiences. While I did not see any improvements with the CCSVI procedure but others did, NUCCA helped me a lot structurally and I start my dental treatment in May. My new dentist thinks along the same lines as Dr. Amir – no, t...
