Re: Dayton Interventional Radiology

I know what you are saying but there are some on here that say that CCSVI has really helped them. If I could get help with the heat intolerance that would be a big help for me.

Dayton Interventional Radiology

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard anything from anyone that has had the procedure done at this place in Ohio. I didn't realize that you could still get it done anywhere until I read about this place yesterday.

Thanks Glenn

Re: Best Bet Diet from movie Living Proof

I also watched the movie and I agree he brings up some really good points. I'm following a swank diet and I also avoid all dairy and eggs. I'm not sure if I should switch to the best bet diet or not. I'm doing fairly well since I've started exercising regularly for the last couple of months. It woul...

Re: Headaches

I don't think that I have ever asked my Dr or neuro. I haven't seen either one in a couple of years now. I'm going to try drinking more to see, I feel that I run to the bathroom to much as it is though. One other thing that I do is take a table spoon of cayenne pepper everyday, there isn't a chance ...

Re: Headaches

You mention sweating, that's one thing that I don't do I rarely sweat. I think that's why heat bothers me so much.

Re: Headaches

I take 2 Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium 100mg per day. I drink at least 1L of ground water, 500ml of kombucha and 500ml of a drink that I make every morning consisting of flax seed oil, 1/2 table spoon of ground flax seeds, beet juice, blended smoothie juice, pomegranate juice and cranberry...

Re: Headaches

I do ropes for cardio and to try and strengthen my feet and legs. I never thought about dehydration I usually drink over 2L a day of fluids. But you are correct in the morning would be my longest stretch without fluids. Blood pressure could be something, I normally have fairly low blood pressure. My...

Re: Headaches

Thanks for your reply, I wouldn't classify these headaches as severe or anything, You brought up a good point that the only exercise that this has ever happened is with jump rope. So maybe it's the jumping that's causing this, the only weird thing is this happens not very often and only happens in t...

Headaches

Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone else will get headaches from exercise. This doesn't happen to me very often but once in a while, when I'm doing something like jump rope or something that really gets my heart beating I will get these headaches. As soon as I stop and my heart rate comes back down...

Re: MS Gym

I went ahead and joined the MS Gym. I have improved in my walking already, I've had other people mention that I'm walking better so that's positive. My biggest obstacle is to find the time to do the exercises every night.

Re: Sydney Trial-ABC News MS Stemcell Breakthrough Gives Pat

It's a shame that it's so expensive to have this done. I checked, and to go to Russia or Mexico it's about $75,000 Canadian.

Re: MS Gym

I'm going to give it a try, I don't feel very good and feel like I'm getting worse all the time. So I feel it's worth a shot and my hope is if I spend money to join that I will actually do it.
