I think you are lucky...my husband always has cold hands and feet...very bad circulation. Maybe you are healing. What's your blood pressure at?

Re: I suspect my neighbour has MS

It hasn't been my husband's experience, but I think I have read here, that many ophthalmologists have been at the beginning of the journey and referred their patients on. I think it is a good place to start, as floaters could also be caused by other problems (ie tears in the retina for one). General...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo

2 things. I notice I had my husband down as 36 at onset, but it was 34. Secondly, we can not all do Emma's type of list, because the disease has presented differently. Like the above post about stumbling and moving right into ppms (like my husband, but he is spms), everything just gets slowly worse ...

Re: AtlasBalance (jaw misalignment) Dr M Amir - Putney Londo

For my husband: I recognize certain symptoms now that I passed off as nothing when we met (20 years ago). His first definitive sign was falling over at 36, due to weak left leg. Since then lots of things have gotten worse, but mainly weakness In legs and bladder/ bowel issues. He also had restless l...

Does the "retainer" contain metal? Is treatment possible if the patient needs MRIs done?

Re: CCSVI and CCVBP

I think this story (link), about a paralyzed cyclist who regained the use of her legs after a bike collision, could be explained by some of the theories in this thread.

Re: Any advice PLEASE!!

My advice would be to go see a chiropractor and then see what symptoms are left after a year. Try to avoid the MS diagnosis.

Re: BG12 at ECTRIMS

Thanks NHE, for the link. I think we'll pass on this. I predict that continual usage will not be kind to the human body, and then the stock price will fall. So, buy now and sell within the year. How sad.

Thanks Dr Flanagan, for your reply. I've had to wait for my turn on the old computer to get back to you.
We will continue with the chiro, although not an upper cervical expert...don't seem to have those here, but better than just getting worse, I guess. c'est la vie....

Re: CCSVI and CCVBP

Hi Dr Flanagan, It's been a while. You said: Hi Euphonnia, It sounds as though you have advanced spondylosis similar to Blossom and Happy Poet and many others who have contacted me. While diet and exercise are terrific they don't do anything to change the underlying problem in the spine except that ...
