Re: Spasticity question....
The handmade magnesium body butter is on etsy.com, from "mama bee's favors." She is making me a sample size set (per my request) of the different scents. Not sure on the type of mag in there, I will ask. I imagine these magnesium flakes appear as a standard of some type. I will report back...

Re: looking for upper legs warming device
All winter I have a heating pad on my lap. I wonder how an icy/hot patch would work for this? You can get samples from a sample site like minimus. I recommend stretching. One good front upper thigh Stretch....lie on your belly...bring you heel to your butt Hold for 10-20 sec. Now if I could get in t...

Re: Vibraslim Vibration Exercise Equipment
I've seen a tv ad for one of these machines a few times.
At first, I thought of those old timey machines...but then I wonder and think, it might be helpful.
What I'm wondering now is, what did your PT suggest for stiff legs?

It is interesting. This is all so interesting.
I'm thinking about getting a uvb reptile light.
My cat will appreciate the reptile light, too...they get hot...so I have 2 reasons to get one.

Re: Lower body stretches when sittng or laying?
I used to do this, it's a great stretch, and I will always bring my knee up before I get outta bed from now on :). Another stretch is: lying on your belly, if you can get your heel to your butt, one leg at a time. This also will stretch the front of your thigh (quads). Hold for no more than 15 secon...
