types of zinc?

What is the difference between zinc gluconate and zinc piconilate? How much of this should I be taking? If there is zinc in my multi, can I still safely add a zinc supplement? thanks all, getting desperate need to try something new!

This site and its members makes me feel better all of the time. I really needed to read these positive thoughts after having yet another miserable, depressing visit to the neurologist.

bladder frequency, help!

What do you guys do for bladder frequency? I'm going crazy with 2/ hour trips to the bathroom. I don't believe it is an infection (although, I sent a sample to the lab anyway). Thanks! Indigo

clinical trials?

Does anyone know of any stem cell clinical trials happening in the us? I heard that there was one at the Cleveland clinic, but I can't find any info. I think it was based on fat cells??

Loobie, thanks for the laugh! On a day when I feel like I'm going nuts(i.e. the feeling/sensation that someone rubbed icy hot all over my arms, legs and back), you really cracked me up! Indigo

Explaining ms to children

My daughter is 3 1/2. While I've tried to explain my condition, she doesn't quite understand. The other day, she told me that I needed to learn how to walk like her! I was devastated.
