Re: Desatascador An informal, totally unscientific 'test'

Hi Elliot,

I don't feel that I've tried it long enough yet?? No improvements thus far but I'm in a w/c and you are not. I think we will all be different???

How long did it take you to notice a change Gristy?

Fingers crossed!

Terry

Re: Desatascador An informal, totally unscientific 'test'

I ordered mine a few days before you David and received it in about 3 1/2 weeks. Does it make a difference that we had it shipped to our company office instead of our home....who knows. My husband is an int'l freight forwarder and says it usually is slow from China unless you use a company like his....

Elliot,

Do you have to rest your head on the steel wool once it's under the pillow case or can it be just by the top of your head?

Thanks!

Re: Muscle Spasms & Nutrition - from magnesium to vitB3 to v

Hi David, While I don't have spasms much, here is what I do or use for other muscle pains at times. Every day I take 400mg of magnesium bisglycinate, rest my feet on a machine for about 30 - 45 minutes that sends vibrations thru my feet and up my lower legs and the odd time I use a magnesium gel for...

Re: Multiple Sclerosis Desatascador

Can we go to our local "cheap store" and buy one of their handheld fans instead of ordering from Amazon? Are they the same "mechanically"? Otherwise looks similar.

Thanks!

Re: Multiple Sclerosis Desatascador

So Gristy, what you are saying is if Elliott were to follow your posted instructions, he can do this as many times a day that he wants for as long as he wants? How long after that you started this did you see results? Any other little details we might need to know? Would the magnetite in our bodies ...

Re: Constipation

Hi shinyredsparkles - love the name! This is what works for me/my body: - cranberry juice and/or - bananas and/or - nuts - magnesium glycinate - every day Find what food works for you. Cheese was the ONLY thing that worked for a friend of my mother-in-law. Excercise and massage help too. Take care!

Re: US vs Canada

I don't see a conflict. Living in the north means a lack of sun which means lower Vitamin D. The Inuit eat a diet high in animal fat which is high in Vit D. If the European north ate like Inuit then maybe there would be less MS. Wait, hasn't that been shown in Finland and Sweden? I follow the McDou...

Re: US vs Canada

Hmmm........please do a little more research. This topic has been discussed here before. There is very little if any incidences of M.S. north of Canada. The European ancestry, maybe?? Diet, maybe?? Anatomy, maybe?? There has to be more to it though. As yet, no one really knows.

Take care.

Re: CCSVI dead - surely an apology needed from Cheerleader

My routine at present:

At breakfast I take 1 Magnesium Bisglycinate (200 mg) and then 2 Vitamin D3’s (1000IU) about 1 – 2 hours later…depending on my morning. At supper I take 3 Vitamin D3 and then 2 hours later 1 more Magnesium Bisglycinate.

Re: CCSVI dead - surely an apology needed from Cheerleader

I got my motorized pedal machine about 9 or 10 years ago. Saw it in an inflight magazine on a trip back from the U.S. Was at that time about $100.00 Nothing fancy but it has helped along with my Vitamin D3 and Magnesium Bisglycinate. I am in a w/c full-time but can still weight -bear a little for tr...

Re: Nystagmus

My maternal grandparents don't have M.S. or Nystagmus. They had 11 kids - 2 born with Nystagmus - my Mom and one of her sisters. None of the 11 has M.S. None of us 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc cousins has Nystagmus. I'm the only one with M.S. and am not related to anyone with M.S. on either side of my relativ...

Re: Leg stiffness

Hmmmm...hahaha.....ALL bananas have the same effect on me.

Bisglycinate magnesium is more readily available here than glycinate magnesium. Have tried 3 different brands and all have same good results.
