Hi there: My husband is on the list too. We're closer to the GTA, so not SouthWest I guess. I don't know how practical it would be for us to travel with others, but we would love to meet up with others there! I can't remember when we called to get on the list (and it's killing me not to email and as...

Hi there: I happened to read it yesterday and enjoyed it very much. I'm the wife of a great guy with PPMS and disability at about what yours was before the procedure - it's great to hear a man's perspective about things. Is your new approach returning to the positive thinking, "going to enjoy l...

PPMS - Symptoms only on left side

Hi, I wondered if someone could give me their experiences about this. My husband was diagnosed in 1998 with PPMS after experiencing left foot drop, having an evoked potential test, and that eye condition where the eyes don't track together going from one side or the other (I can't remember the name)...

Great news SofiaK - how are you feeling now that you have an apptment? May I ask when your initial call was? Knowing that and the fact that you were 25th on the list could help the rest of us obsess a bit more about where we are on the list. Also, if you don't mind, do you know if you'll be treated ...

Good luck everyone and sorry Donnchadh that they refused to treat you. I cannot remember the exact day that I made the call - it's either the end of May or beginning of June. I've been obsessively checking my messages. I know they are swamped and I'm trying to be patient. Has anyone called to ask fo...

Sorry to interrupt this conversation, but I was wondering if anyone knows where the waiting list is for Dr. Siskin - for example, are they now calling people who made their first call in early May?

Great Hockeydad! Do you mind sharing when you first contacted Dr. Siskin?
