Re: Hormone Replacement
oh interesting. here, the local lab's range for TSH looks more narrow (0.32-4.00 mIU/L), and for T4 it looks lower (9-19 pmol/L). either way, from here it does look like your TSH is on the high side. that said, these look interesting: ...estimated normal, low, and high ranges of TSH levels for adult...

Re: Does this sound like MS or not? (LONG Story)
ok this is going to sound ridiculous but here goes: I have to strongly recommend magnesium as a laxative! so, since you definitely need something for reflux, please consider zantac 360 which doesn't have the mineral depletion, sweating, or kidney damage reported for omeprazole. https://www.rxlist.co...

Re: Air pollution
i watched an episode of 'the nature of things' last eve, and it was all about air pollution. i hadn't realized that when you smell a toxin, it's getting into your brain through the olfactory nerves and right past the bbb. :O

one a day Re: Does this sound like MS or not? (LONG Story)
found these, 400mg/d would be a good daily amount - esp if you've been in decline for years and years. looks like giving it a try for a week would cost even less than a test, and just be good for you either way: https://www.burmanshealthshop.com/produ ... glycinate/

spasm/charlie horse Re: Does this sound like MS or not? (LONG Story)
hi again, i was thinking of a couple folks i'd met years back, who had happened to be on PPIs and just randomly broke their legs - both while simply walking. completely separate and unrelated incidents with only ppis and fracture in common other than both of them being middle-aged guys. at the time,...
