Re: Opexa (OPXA) Surges on FDA Fast-Track Designation.

Long time my friends. I check in every now and then to see if Opexa has done anything and I am generally disappointed with the news. I see so many other therapies moving forward at an alarming and hopeful rate. I cant help but think the science is now outdated and considerably behind the pack. Maybe...

Re: Opexa (OPXA) Surges on FDA Fast-Track Designation.

Bob, Maybe I was alone in the Tovaxin trial when they pulled the plug? Maybe I was also alone in trying to get some, any information over the last 3 years? Maybe I am also alone in not understanding how anything can be fast tracked when the trial Phases were not completed? I'm sorry but I feel that ...

Re: Opexa (OPXA) Surges on FDA Fast-Track Designation.

Bob, I'm not sure where the Motivator came up with their positive spin on Tovaxin. Why in the world would that pop up if no further studies have been done, and how can it suddenly be on a track for SPMS? Maybe they are trialing in Mongolia. Sounds like a scam story to make money on their stock. The ...

Re: Opexa (OPXA) Surges on FDA Fast-Track Designation.

Hi All, Been a while but last time I checked NOTHING was happening with Tovaxin but low and behold I read the "Motivator" and saw this: During the coming year, we anticipate that other new oral medications will be submitted for evaluation and potential approval by the FDA, including terifl...

Re: Lingo history

I'll try to answer the questions that I can. The trial is being held at Immuno E in Centennial Co. 64 patients, groups of 6 with various levels of "drug" My group was the last and highest dosage, 100mg I think. The trial is scheduled for 4 months with 2 extra months saved for ???? reason. ...

When through first infusion and didn't die. That's good right? Round 2 is over Labor Day weekend. This is a VERY high end study. Procedure and care is amazingly well put together. I guess Biogen can afford it.

Thanks Dig,
Nice to see that you are still amazingly.....well, amazing! Starting the anti lingo trial next week in Denver. Group 7, highest dosage. I'll try to post if I can, pretty involved time line.

Bob, I was in the placebo group for the study year, joined the open label extension, got 1 shot and when I got home I received the "no need to come back" message. What I have learned is that 1 trial pretty much excludes you from all others. I tried to get into the Cladribine trial 2 years ...

Well hi Bob! It's been forever. I just found out today that my ONE injection in the Tovaxin trial is still ruining my life. No trial will accept me even after all this time. The latest seems to be the anti-lingo trial in Denver. So, I thought I would drop by and see what's up.....doesn't look like I...

Looks like the same gang of unusual suspects here. How are you all? I have lost track of Tovaxin and was supprised to see it in a publication called "The Motivator". It was listed on their "therapies" page. Did I miss something?

Slumby, I have been taking LDN for nearly a year and have been super happy with the results. That said, I am starting to develop progression and I am considering the Copaxone route. I think Copaxone is the one injectible that you can actually do WITH LDN. I will ask my Neuro to be sure. On a separat...

Hiya Bob and all,
Well I suppose not checking in for months at a time does no harm. Opexa's speed makes me look like an Olympic sprinter.
Be Well,

Bob, Huba, Huba. I do have to admit that while my appreciation of beutiful women has not changed, my full physical attention may have. Although, warm weather sounds nice! On a more helpful note, I have definately realized how stressful my life had become and very few things are less stressful than h...

I smoke Medical MJ, have a few beers as desired and have been on LDN for about 9 months. Without going too far, I would reluctantly say it has changed my life. No exacerbations, MUCH more energy and no side effects. I'm staying put!
