Re: Has ANYONE reversed their MS BESIDES Dr Wahls?
I'm not sure she ever said exactly what chemo she took (I will check her first edition of minding my mitochondria which I have ) I dont dispute that her diet has maintained her health and that the diet greatly assisted her recovery but I do feel the chemo and other meds she took probably gave her ms...

Re: Has ANYONE reversed their MS BESIDES Dr Wahls?
I'm doing a paleo diet (low sugar no processed foods, juicing, lots of veg) ms not gone but I feel my energy better.
I hope people realise that dr wahls did take quite extensive chemo so perhaps this allowed her body to heal along with the diet.
I have not had chemo but I am not ruling it out.

My eyes get real messed up in stores plus my vision is pretty gravelly/hazy:(
Glad to hear you got some improvements there! Looks like things seem to be on the up which is good news (can never get too excited though with ms as it has a tendency to disappoint but cautiously optimistic for you:) xxx

Re: This may sound harsh
Hi jerry a quick glimpse into my story. I was 17 years old when I could no longer go to college due to extreme fatigue and feeling really unwell all the time, eye issues, numbness, incontinence, flu like symptoms. I went to drs as I knew something was off and just wanted a magic pill to fix me. The ...

Re: Newly diagnosed today
I personally would get on a drug and my choice would be copaxone. I have to be honest and say that who knows if it's helping or not but I do lots of diet things too. I just kinda think anything that might help us worth trying.... For some they really work. I went many years on no drugs and got more ...

Re: milks Kefir suitablity for MSers?
I think the milk kefir has but people tend to drink more of the water one so get a lot more. Eat some raw low heated unpasturised fermented veg like saurkraut (has to be from a special health store though not supermarket) take raw cider vinegar daily and I take a good probiotic called bio kult but I...

Hey anonymoose,
Hang in there! Yes children are little germ spreaders lol:)

I drink a little goats milk kefir, I also worry it might not be good for the MS but I'm just about to start growing water kefir instead which might be a better option for you too xx
