Re: Muscle spasms
Heat exacerbation is a real thing. Did you eat and/or drink enough fluids yesterday? Dehydration and low blood sugar makes my symptoms (numbness in feet fingers) worse. My EDSS score was 6+ (could not walk on my own more than 25 meters). I fought extensively with my leg muscles. It was tight with cr...

Re: Muscle spasms
Basic stretching exercises and swimming help tightness. Be careful with your salt intake for some more days.

Re: Muscle spasms
No regimen update, 3000 IU daily. Next week tests again. I guess magnesium will be 2.4-2.5 mg/dL and D3 65-70 ng/mL.

Re: Muscle spasms
Once I have increased my magnesium intake to 300 mg daily from 133 mg, difference is day and night. My legs feel much better, no more tightness.

Re: Muscle spasms
I guess it is normal to have asymmetric symptoms. My left leg was much worse than right. An attack messes up everything in body. Your body works in a repair mode and uses lots of minerals/vitamins. I believe time is critical to replace what is missing and D3, B12 intake is critical after an attack. ...

Re: Relationship advice
Thank you everybody who took their time to respond. Believe it or not I have tried breaking it off with him many times. However the immense guilt I felt for leaving him just because of his condition was unbearable. I couldn't forgive myself and don't think I would be deserving of moving on and bein...

Re: Hello
Small updates: Dermatologist said my hair was OK for my age and situation. He suggested increasing zinc, iron, cacao, taurine intake and special shampoo. I feel it is zinc related because after I have increased (3 times a week from 1) zinc intake, my hair is better. Hematologist checked my results. ...

Re: what are infusions like?
It must be ng/mL. 36 is not bad but can be better. Did you have thoracic and cervical MRI?

Re: Relationship advice
With kids you have to think about them. Once your boyfriends condition is worse, he will feel terrible because of them. It will make enormous stress and lots of emotional issues. I am pretty sure nobody will be happy and it will be too late. I agree with your family if you want to have kids. Without...

36 nmol/L? or ng/mL? If it is 36 nmol/L, you are dangerously low.
Sometimes I have pins and needles in my arms. It goes away in a few hours, one day max. Same goes for numbness in my feet fingers. Active lesions mean inflammation and most likely constant or increasing symptoms.
