Nopalea drink?
My dad turned me on to this cactus drink called nopalea. You drink 6 oz for 3weeks then 3oz daily suppose to be a strong antinflammatory. The effects I saw was better ability to walk all the up and down my stairs, better energy, up till 1am and wake up 9am as opposed to the days I forgot to drink it...

that's why every person should see a Upper Cervical Care Dr. and if needed, can hopefully feel the same benefit if not more then what I feltblossom wrote:not to forget that a physical trauma in some can really screw up the spine where all these very important nerves and veins and spinal fluid is.

Yeah your neuro isn't gonna send you there, but not their fault, like they would if they knew about ucc lol, because NO dr has ever heard of them. If the ucc dr you go to accepts insurance because mine didn't. I've heard costs from $300 to $50 for your first visit but it worked for me off and on. It...

All the nerves for body runs down your spine. Check out the ccsvi forum and the thread, ccsvi and ccvbp and talk with uprightdoc. I am seeing a ucc dr and the benefits I saw was my heat intolerance vanished, better walking, balance, and energy level. But every person is different
