Re: Purple Foot!

If it's only one foot, it's probably MS. Terry Wahls talks about this symptom in her book.

Re: Purple Foot!

This is a fairly common symptom of MS. I believe it's caused by faulty circulation due to the nerves and muscles not functioning 100%. My wife has had it off an on for several years. CCSVI helped for a few months, as did biotin. She still gets it a little, but not like before.

Your D levels can be normal, but that doesn't mean your body is benefiting from it - thus higher doss are necessary. The bone pain is a common symptom as your body starts to absorb ...

It is well known in medicine that vitamin D inhibits microglial activation.

Re: Dr. Coimbra Protocol

Antonio, great chart. Some people are a little too cautious with calcium - your body does need some, just not the huge amounts found in dairy. My wife even has an almond or coconut milk yogurt one or twice a week. They do have some added calcium but not as much as real yogurt. I'm guessing the highe...

Re: The Brave Dreams clinical trial of venous PTA

My wife had 3 CCSVI treatments about 6 years ago. The first one helped noticeably for about 4 months, the other 2 did little if anything. I think there is definitely something to the whole CCSVI issue, but we don't have the real answer yet. Perhaps lymphatic drainage is also part of the puzzle.

Why do you need rice bran?

This is old news, but still good news. Biotin is no magic bullet, but can help some people.

I believe that high biotin in your blood affects the chemical the lab uses in many of it's tests. I don't think it affects the thyroid itself, but i could be wrong.
