Marijuane never - ever helped any of my symptoms... But maybe I puff too little or too much... Dunno... That is another 'wonder' ... Well, there are lots of different strains of pot, and everybody reacts differently to each one. So, it could be that you are feeling sick because you're...

Sometimes I am very glad to be Canadian. I don't have a Scrip for it (yet?), but even if I were ever caught with it, it's not a criminal charge unless you're caught with huge amounts (more than even a casual dealer would ever have on-hand). ... besides, last time a cop caught me with a joint (many y...

You can get an MRV of the head and neck with a referral in several Montreal radiology clinics (I went to IRM Sud-Ouset), but there's no one out here to read them. I don't know if the radiologists there report everything is normal because there's nothing to see on the MRVs (Mine, and another MS patie...

Actually, I was already sugar free before my diagnosis. It was no hardship, I just found that I ate nothing with sugar in it, except very rare indulgences. The only regular exception was honey. I've been following the MS Recovery Diet, though I read about several MS diets. I am a skeptic, though, an...

Until I stumbled on this topic, I didn't know there was a connection at all. I was only diagnosed this past year, but I have been on plenty of flights both before and after, including at least 6 transatlantic flights. I don't find flying stressful, though. I have been flying regularly since I was on...

My left arm - also partly numb - itches fiercely from time to time. I generally ignore it as best I can, or rub in Johnson & Johnson's moisturizer afterwards, if I catch myself scratching. Thankfully, though, it never lasts more than a few hours at a time. I don't envy you.

Have you found this site yet? http://www.skaudiobooks.com. He sells 10 audiobooks for $50. They come in MP3 on one CD. Great price if you have to pay for the books. A free site for classics is http://librivox.org or of course the library is free but I've gotten audiobooks with damaged CDs from the ...

I had an MRV done of my head and neck on a 1.5T machine. Two radiologists said the images are normal, even though these is a HUGE visible discrepancy between the right and left IJVs. I was told, though, that a normal MRV is not conclusive for finding stenosis. Other than a transcranial doppler ultra...

The two books I've read over he most times are The Giver by Lois Lowry and Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein. I've read the whole Harry Potter series in three languages, and listened to both versions of the English audiobooks repeatedly. Jim Dale does a better job than Stephen Fry - even...

Erika, Thank you - that is very encouraging! Dovechick & Jasmine, There may be no one in the UK working on this yet, but that doesn't mean things have to stop there. I've been passing around packages of studies and reports on CCSVI to doctors, surgeons, and radiologists all over where i live. I ...
